Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Analyst (AI Solutions). The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching business leads, analysing their requirements, and identifying opportunities where AI solutions can drive business value. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to conceptualize tailored AI strategies that align with potential clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and their industries to understand their business models, challenges, and goals.
• Identify opportunities where AI-driven solutions can provide significant value to potential clients.
• Develop insights and reports outlining how specific AI solutions could solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to refine AI solution proposals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and related technologies.
• Build and maintain a knowledge repository of industry-specific AI use cases.
• Prepare presentations and case studies for client pitches and meetings.
• Act as a bridge between lead generation and solution design teams, ensuring alignment in understanding client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, lead research, or a similar role in the tech or AI domain.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, and business applications of AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on with Figma Presentation or similar PPT development tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in AI solutions or SaaS-based industries.
• Certification in AI or business analysis (e.g., IBM AI Engineering, CBAP).
• Good To Have: Basic Knowledge of Python, or other programming languages is an advantage.
