Position Overview:

As a Senior AI Engineer at Attri AI, you will:

• Solve impactful, large-scale artificial intelligence challenges.
• Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms for real-time data processing.
• Address diverse machine learning tasks, including prediction models, clustering, optimization, and outlier detection.
• Develop and fine-tune LLM models with hands-on experience, including API consumption from platforms like OpenAI, ClaudeAI, and others (2+ years preferred).
• Utilize LLM developer tools such as Langchain, Llama Index, and OpenLLM (2+ years preferred).
• Leverage image processing libraries, including OpenCV and Pillow, to create fast and scalable solutions.
• Play a critical role in the entire product development lifecycle, from research to production.
• Evaluate and validate analyses using statistical methods, presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end development of data science and AI products.
• Strong understanding of Foundation Models and their applications.
• Demonstrated experience in applying LLMs to real-world applications (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in Python API frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).
• Hands-on experience with statistical methods and tools for model evaluation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Design Thinking and human-centered problem-solving.
• Knowledge of large-scale optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as AWS Bedrock, GCP ML Engine, or Azure AI (Good to Have).
• Exposure to advanced visualization tools like Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
