Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, primarily in office management and human resources. This role will be responsible for managing both HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. The key focus areas will include cultural impact, employee engagement, office management, and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Organize and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and enhance team morale.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including facilities maintenance, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related concerns and issues.
  • Assist in connecting with Ahmedabad campuses for potential recruitment opportunities and future campus placements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources and office management roles, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of office administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local Ahmedabad candidate preferred.
