Job Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Attri Inc., you will be at the forefront of creating user-centered designs that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience principles, a strong visual design sensibility, and the ability to lead design projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Ownership- Take full ownership of the design process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Establish Design Patterns- Develop and maintain new design patterns and guidelines that drive consistency and scalability across our products.
- Design System Collaboration- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evolve a scalable design system that supports a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
- Illustrations & Icons- Create and refine custom illustrations, icons, and other visual elements that enhance the overall product experience and align with the brand identity.
- Product Experience Enhancement- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the product experience by identifying pain points and implementing design solutions that elevate user satisfaction and engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with technical requirements, and effectively communicated to the development team.
- User-Centered Design- Apply user-centered design principles and usability best practices to ensure that all products are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs for complex products.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, No Code Design tools, etc
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for solving complex design challenges.
