Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and manage AI and software solution delivery for our clients. The role involves working closely with both client stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and meeting client expectations. This is a client-facing role based in Ahmedabad, India, with opportunities to collaborate with industry-leading professionals in AI and software. Experience working with overseas clients is a must-have.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of software projects, from initial planning through to final delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and met, delivering solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to organize, plan, and execute projects efficiently.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate project meetings and standups, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders, and removing roadblocks for the engineering team.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, managing complex software projects from start to end.
  • 2+ years in a overseas client-facing role, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams to deliver technical projects.
  • 1+ years of experience working on AI-related projects (preferred but not required).
  • Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in Scrum or project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
