Job Overview

‍As a Webflow Designer & Developer at Attri, you will play a critical role in bringing creative web concepts to life. With 2-3 years of experience, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing visually stunning, responsive websites that offer seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the company's webflow website, ensuring the site is optimized for speed, security, and user experience.
  • Create custom-built interactions and animations to enhance user experience.Design and develop responsive webpages using Webflow, ensuring high-quality visual and interactive experiences.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, visually appealing websites.
  • Create, manage, and optimize website templates and components within Webflow.
  • Implement best practices in web design, ensuring consistency in brand aesthetics and user experience across different devices and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the design and development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, Webflow updates, and web development best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Webflow Designer & Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Webflow, visual design, and UX/UI design.Proficient in Webflow, including advanced interactions, CMS functionalities, and responsive design.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
  • Experience with UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with other design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
